EVENT POLICIES
TICKET & REFUND POLICIES: ALL tickets are non-refundable unless complete event cancellation. Event will take place rain or shine, unless extreme weather condition are deemed unsafe by officials. In the event of postponement the tickets will be rain checked for use at the rescheduled date that will be determined.
BAG SEARCH: All bags are subject to inspection prior to entering the ballpark. See PROHIBITED ITEMS.
CARD POLICY: The Smokies announced that Smokies Stadium will be a cashless venue beginning in 2023. This includes transactions involving tickets, food and beverage, merchandise, parking, and all other parts of a Smokies game or event. Smokies Stadium will accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The Smokies look forward to providing faster lines, increased safety, and customer convenience for fans.
CODE OF CONDUCT: Smokies Stadium management is committed to creating safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experiences for all guests. The following behaviors are not permitted:
- Foul, derogatory, or abusive language
- Any disruption of the game by a guest’s actions or unauthorized entrance on the playing field or restricted areas
- Intoxication or any other signs of impairment
- Obscene or indecent clothing
- Smoking or vaping outside of the designated smoking area
- Throwing objects
- Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential
- Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials
- Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark
Violations of the Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to consequences including ejection from the ballpark and a ban on attending future games. Use of derogatory language will result in ejection. If someone interferes with your enjoyment of the game, please find an usher or visit the Advanced Auto Fan Assistance booth.
CONCESSIONS: A wide variety of food and beverages are located throughout the ballpark.
FIREARMS: Per MLB guidelines, firearms are not permitted inside Smokies Stadium even if you have a permit.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Smokies Stadium per Southern League rules.
PARKING: The cost of parking is TBD per vehicle. SEE CARD POLICY.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: Food, beverages, weapons of any kind (even with a concealed weapons permit), containers such as coolers or thermoses, lawn chairs, helium balloons, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others, animals other than service animals, and compressed air horns are all prohibited at Smokies Stadium.
